53: Portland Weather for February 22, 2026

Good morning, it's February Twenty Two, Two Thousand Twenty Six! And it's a Sunday! Here in Portland, Oregon. Day two of weekend projects. Looking out the window right now and it is raining. A good steady rain coming down and it's still pretty dark out there, streetlights catching all those raindrops. A gentle breeze blowing from the south. Forty-three degrees Fahrenheit, around six Celsius. I was thinking about those old brick buildings over in the Pearl District. When the rain soaks into that old brick it turns this deep red, almost maroon, and you can smell the wet mortar. Beautiful stuff. This afternoon should be going up to around fifty, ten Celsius, and this rain is going to be with us all day long. Everyone have a great day.
