45: Portland Weather for February 14, 2026

Good morning. [PAUSE:2.0] It's February Fourteen, Two Thousand Twenty Six. Saturday. Valentine's Day. [PAUSE:3.0] Here in Portland, Oregon. Forty-one degrees Fahrenheit, about five Celsius, and there's a soft rain falling out there. [PAUSE:2.5] Now here's the thing about Valentine's Day. Love is a strange and beautiful word. And I think about all the people out there this morning, some of them just waking up next to somebody, and some of them waking up alone, and both of those are okay. Because love isn't just the romantic kind. It's the kind where you see the rain on the window and you think, that's beautiful. That's love too. [PAUSE:3.0] This afternoon should get up to around forty-seven degrees, eight Celsius, light rain likely to stay with us all day. A gentle kind of rain. The kind that doesn't bother you if you've got a good coat. [PAUSE:2.0] Oh, and if it's your birthday today, happy birthday. You know who you are. [PAUSE:1.5] Everyone have a great Saturday.
